I would highly recommend Road 2 Road! Marcelo and his team moved us from Michigan to Massachusetts. He was easy to work with and was quick to respond when we had questions. It was important to us to have our possessions picked up and dropped off timely. Marcelo and team personally loaded our possessions on the front end, drove them across the country, and unloaded them on the back end within 48 hours. I called a few moving companies for a quote before I was referred to Road2Road from a friend that used them in the past.  After speaking with Marcelo, I felt comfortable and confident booking with Road2Road. His quote wasn't the lowest, nor was it the highest, but it was the most accurate and that gave me a peace of mind. Not only that, Marcelo made me feel like he was a friend that genuinely cares and wants to help, and it didn't feel like a business transaction. No matter what time of day, he was very responsive and handled all of my concerns and changes effectively.

The scheduling of pick up and deliver was perfect. I requested for them to hold my furniture for 2 weeks while I was on vacation. They were able to pick up my furniture the day before I left for my vacation, and deliever the next day upon my return, just as I had requested. Usually it can take up to 2 weeks when you request for your items to be in storage. I was happy this wasn't the case for me! They arrived on time for both pick-up and delivery, with a 30 min call in advance.

We loved working with Road2Road Moving! Marcelo and his crew were on time, professional, and incredibly respectful of our space and belongings. They took such great care wrapping and moving everything, and made the whole process feel easy (which is not usually the case with moving!).

Marcelo went above and beyond — including helping us transport our refrigerator to a different location for storage. That courtesy alone speaks volumes about their customer service.

Marcelo was excellent communicator and him and his two workers handled everything with care and had pleasant attitude throughout the process while moving quickly and efficiently.
